• Oakwood Estate is nestled in the picturesque foothills of Speargrass Flat in Queenstown.

    It is a beautiful property, showcasing the stunning Queesnstown autumnal colours and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain ranges.

    It is about 20 minutes from Queenstown, and 10 from Arrowtown.

    We recommend booking flights as soon as possible to avoid the price hike New Zealand airlines likes to treat us to!

  • Buses will collect everyone from one of three pick up points - Queenstown, Frankton and Arrowtown.

    Queenstown - Athol Street intercity bus stop - 2pm pick up

    Frankton - Frankton Interchange - 2.15pm pick up

    Arrowtown - Ramshaw Lane bus stop - 2pm pick up

    There is very little parking on-site which is reserved for the bridal party and vendors. If you don't wish to bus, you can taxi/uber, address of venue is 195 Lower Shotover Road. 

    Buses will leave venue at 11.30pm and return to the Queenstown, Frankton and Arrowtown bus stops.

  • There are many incredible spots to stay in Queenstown.

    Wanting glam? Check out the beautiful hotels in Queenstown or Millbrook.

    Wanting cheaper and more cheerful? La Quinta in Frankton is a great option and close to the airport, also the Top 10 Holiday parks in both Queenstown and Arrowntown have awesome cabins to stay in as well.

    Staying with a group? Hire a house on Airbnb!

  • We would love for everyone to wear formal attire (not black tie, but classy)

    Our ceremony will be on grass, so we do not recommend thin stiletto heels.

  • Although we love your little ones, the wedding is for the big kids only.

    All littlies can join the Thursday drink and Saturday day after event.

  • We would love for you to join us at Manata Homestead & Lodge between 12pm - 6pm.
